We have worked for many auto repair facilities over the years and have seen many things we did not approve of, so we have opened a shop of our own. PFA has been established to change the way you see auto repair.
Some of the issues PFA has set out to change include: price of repairs, quality of repairs and the way you as customers are treated.
At PFA we believe you should not have to pay for an inspection and estimate, so ours are free. We will also recommend any safety concerns found by the inspection. Not only will we diagnose your concern, but we will (if at all possible) show you the problem and explain what is required to repair the problem. After you receive the estimate and the information about the repair, we will not pressure you to do the repair. The decision of when the right time for you to get the work done, is up to you.
Quality of work is extremely important to us. We understand that your car is a vital part of your life, so we do our best to make sure your repairs are done quickly, and more importantly, correctly. We do not however claim to be perfect, but (unless otherwise informed) all of our repairs are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles. If any problems do arise, they will be our first priority.
We understand that almost everyone has had a bad experience with auto repair. Our goal is to prove that you can have your car repaired correctly, at a fair price, and in a reasonable amount of time.
